Refund and Returns Policy


All sales at are final. Many of the items we sell are collectible and they are usually limited in quantity. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased has significant damaged. We cannot accept returns simply you don’t want the item anymore, slight imperfection or not mint condition.

Damaged Condition

We cater to collectors and we do our best to hand pick the best condition items. You may not receive your purchased item in a perfect box. We do not consider shelf wear, scratches, creases, torn foam packaging, dented display boxes, ripped display boxes, missing foam peanuts, small dents, bends, box imperfections or anything else related to product packaging as a damaged item. The majority of our items and packaging are pristine, however we do not guarantee the condition of the packaging. We will not be able to exchange items due to imperfections. By placing an order at, you understand and accept this policy.

However, if your purchased item is defective or has significant damage due to manufacturing defect such as broken or missing parts within undamaged packaging (unopened box), we’ll be glad to exchange it for the same non-damaged item. You need to use Returns link at the bottom of our website within 24 hours of receipt of the item to report the damage. All damage claims also require a photograph of the damaged item to be sent to us. Returns made without contacting Coconania in writing will not be honored. If the defective purchased item is no longer in stock, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or return refund.

All returns require authorization. Return damaged item must be in its original manufacturer’s packaging including all the accessories, plastic packaging, and anything else that came with the item. Return refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item back to us. Please note than return refund will not include our Shipping and Handling fee. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

Although we take great care to prevent damage while in shipment, it is possible that an item is damaged during transit with the couriers. We ask you not to refuse the delivery. Please contact us immediately using the Contact Us link at the bottom of our website. We require you to take a photograph of the damaged purchased item. A member of our customer service will review the details and offer the best solution to resolve your query.

At we do our best to ship your order right. If you received incorrect item, we will replace it at our expense. You need to use Contact Us link at the bottom of our website within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect item. We will respond with instruction for an exchange or return.

Shipping returns

All returns require authorization (RMA). We will not accept any returns without an RMA number. Once we received the return item, we will process your query within 7-10 business days. Our return address is as follow:
